No we are not sinking and no we are not overloaded! As on tankers the cargoholds are watertight, we are allowed to load deeper than general cargo vessels of the same dimensions.
At this moment the 'Toli' is on her summer mark (draft: 5.30 meters). With a freeboard of 70 centimeters and a wave height of 4 meters the maindeck is flooded at regular intervals. You get used to the idea of sinking.
