Sunday 28 March 2010: Rathmell Lambs

On call Sunday, driving to Rathmell, where our equine clinic is situated. The sheep mistakenly thought I was going to feed them, galloping across the field, baa-ing loudly. Anyone who'd not changed their clocks forward, or simply didn't want to be awake first thing on a sunday would probably not have thanked me! (I didn't want to be in all honesty but had no choice!)
Sheep fill a large proportion of work at the practice at this time of year. Then they largely go back to being white dots in the fields again!
