Friday 2 April 2010: Good Friday
Messy church this morning. The children made lots of crafts to help them think about Good Friday. This is the large cross that comes out at Easter, and the children wrote or drew their prayers on the sticky hearts, and placed them on the cross. The service talked about love, and some of the smallest children there (age 1,2 and 3), spent the quiet time giving each other cuddles.
