Clarence to the Rescue

Early this morning when Clarence had just returned from his morning jog around the estate, he noticed that one of the tulips had broken its stem and its flower was hanging precariously over the side of the pot.
The tulip was obviously the worse for wear so without much ado { apart from calling the press and the photographers } and with no regard for his personal safety { apart from a quick shot of bravado - provided by 100% proof alcohol, wood grain of course } Clarence, our local hero, clambered up onto the plant pot and lifted the tulip up and prevented further damage.

News Flash

Clarence is still there 4 hours later, apparently waiting for the fire truck to help him down and also negotiating book and movie rights with his manager.
