Thursday 8 April 2010: Olive leaves in the wind
... and part of the Chateau de Cassan, between Gabian and Roujan. Built in the late eighteenth century just before the French Revoloution (a bad time for building a chateau!) on the site of a much earlier chapel, it's surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The tower on the right is a water tower.
As you can see we still have grey skies and a cold wind which blew the olive branches around where I was standing under a tree, hence the out-of-focus frame to this image.
