Saturday 10 April 2010: Patchwork promenade

I wish I could say it was all storm damage but there's a hefty slice of systemic neglect over the years too.....I had a bit of a rant here last year. It's always amazed me that our local authority manages to comprehensively ignore one of the biggest assets in their portfolio, the sea and all that goes with it.....somehow 'short-sighted' doesn't quite cover it!
