Friday 23 April 2010: Shapes

I wondered into the Pioch, the oldest part of the village, this morning to see how the road resurfacing is going. Some of the streets now look very good with cobbled drains in the centre and sides and a reddish-brown pebble-dash effect on most of the surface. The shapes of these plants against the wall and the old window with its jars of preserves on the window sill attracted me more for my blip today, though.

A grey, warm day with some much needed rain for the garden.
