Ok - so it should read "Hi Mic"...and its not a stuffer monkey (where did he go....I think he may have been eaten by the new cookie monster.

This is a new Rode M3 mic.

Bought it for acoustic instruments playing with the band.

This is a "condenser mic" which means its very sensitive and has a good, flat response across the whole frequency range. It's very "airy" sounding.

Used in A's flute this evening and it sounded wonderful.

Watching the leadership debate now...boring...think I'll switch to QI re-runs instead.
