Survived work today - wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Quick food shop after work, then Keir and I went out for a cycle.

Forgot my camera so made do with the iPhone. Spotted this on the way back up a hill whilst stopping for a wee rest. I'm sure he saw us first though!
