Chickens In the Daffodils!

I couldn't help but laugh when i was heading from the studio to the house this afternoon....there they were, scratching and munching.....in amongst all that yellow....it was just too funny! They are most often discouraged from making themselves at home in amongst the flowers, but i couldn't resist blipping them before i chased them away!

It's been a busy day, a kiln unpacked this morning...when it was still around 600 degree's - that was pretty uncomfortable, but i needed to get them out of there in order to glaze them and get them back in there tonight.....i'm just heading over there to turn the kiln on!!! and then it's off to bed - and it's only 9.30pm.....oh well, i've got a good book on the go!!!
