Monday 10 May 2010: Shipyard rainbow

Today was a busy Monday. Lots of work to do on the website for preparing for our next academic year. Fortunately, things are easier to manage on the website since its last upgrade. I won't talk technical here, but I will say that I'm fortunate to have lots of content editors this year that I have trained. It gives me more time to work on new development instead of just content editing.

This evening the rain died down a bit and then the sun began peaking through the clouds. After dinner I told my husband I have to run out to the bay. I think he has come to expect this :) The light and the clouds were beautiful tonight. I was able to catch this rainbow at the shipyard in Charleston. After that, the rainbow disappeared as quickly as it came. I drove out to a popular sunset viewing place that I've often blipped from. I saw two cars parked along that spot, one was Inspire Designs and the other was a co-worker that works in the library. Both Inspire Designs and I have talked to her about Blipfoto. She loves to take photos so she may soon be another Blipper. It was really funny that we were all out there at the same time. I had a chance to talk to both cool women. Inspire Designs had her two little ones in the car. They are great little guys, so adorable and so chatty. And what good little guys. I think they are very used to their momma's photo runs and seem to enjoy it.

Here are my sunset shots:
