Tuesday 11 May 2010: Lunch
This was part of my lunch today. I bought it from a streetside vendor. It was interesting to watch her make it. The base was made from a bed of stuck together dried noodles. Then she cracked an egg over it and added a little oil. Then it got interesting as far as flavours go. She flipped it (so the egg was on the griddle and painted the noodles with a spicy red sauce. Sprinkled os some sugar, then vinegar then a little more sugar added some chili powder and some other spices. After that, she rolled the whole thing, swiped it with some more of the red sauce then chopped it and handed it to me in this little cup with 2 toothpicks to eat it with. I wasn't completely convinced about the sugar and vinegar mix but it was AWESOME.
