One of those days...

So, this is my most common unmasked face. Just about every day. I find things so hard at the moment. Everything is a struggle. And I spiral down, by doing things and getting into situations that make me feel worse. Not through conscious choice necessarily, but I do it nonetheless.

I want to be happy, but I don't seem to be able to get that, let alone remember what it feels like...
