It's been ages, but finally I managed to make a few loaves. 1kg mix of Doves Farm strong white, rye and wholemeal flour and I got three wee loaves out of it, using River Cottage Baker Dan's basic easy bread method. This deserved real tasty organic butter, from Graham's Dairy. The problem with wee loaves is that you eat them in one sitting... oops!
