Sunday 16 May 2010: Crazy weather
Brainfreeze and another friend of mine, Harri, have been staying at our place from Thursday. They left this morning back to the Eastern Finland. It was nice to meet them for the first time in almost three months and we had a great time.
The last couple of days have been exceptionally warm for May. Today it got as warm as + 27 C (80,6 F), and we're in mid-May! One day on last week it was 0 C (32 F) in the morning and about + 5 C (41 F) in the afternoon. Usually there are only a couple of this warm days during a year, and they occur in July or August (or June).
