The Blackcountry Man

Vapour Trails

I got up really early this morning, and took my wife to Gatwick Airport so she could catch a plane to go on holiday (without me).

After waving her goodbye,
with a tear in my eye,
I departed and made my way home,
I rounded the bend and what did I spy,
A beautiful sunrise sky.

Out of the car I did jump
and sat on a stump
awaiting the perfect time,
Jets they did flit,
When the time was right
And I ended up with this Blip.

Oh well we can't all be poets can we.
Gatwick is busy today though a plane every 2 mins.
