Through to MCR

Feel like I have just got off the MCR Wheel, it's been so busy.

Anyhoo with the exception of a dental visit that thankfully was routine, wife and I had an enjoyable afternoon with a fine lunch at "Las Iguanas" .Shopping was done in preparation for our wee break....

...and then back to work!
