Friday 21 May 2010: The Head Hunters Move In...

I've decided to move the Solitary bee house I was given as a present from one of the walls near the house to a more secluded area of the garden, onto the side of a garden shed.

The 'Bee House' has been designed and made to attract Solitary Mason Bees that like nesting holes or tube like plant stems to lay their eggs in. And a sheltered, reasonally sunny spot.

I do hope they won't mind sharing their neighbourhood with some of the skulls my hound junior has found in recent years.
