The weather seems to shaping up to be just right for this little guy - I was quite happy to be stuck inside in front of the computer today.

Thanks to Penguin Books for providing with so many hours of pleasure over the years. They even publish Kiwi Authors now.

It was Puffin Post and its accompanying books that I really enjoyed as a kid. It took so long for it get here via boat from Britain. One of my favourite Kiwi illustrators Jill McDonald worked for them for many years.
