Brilliant sunshine

This morning came about - cloudless, no breeze, wintry, yet with a brilliance in the sunlight that made today another champagne day. Even after midday the sunlight still caused the dewdrops on the nasturtium leaves to glisten as if it were early morning ....

This plant, of which I knew the name six months ago, but have since completely forgotten, was no doubt busy photosynthesising when it became today's blip. Basking in the sun's rays, I could almost hear the hum of the internal workings going on.

Since it so much resembles the seat of one of the old fashioned farm tractors, that name will have to do: tractor seat.
I see that it will flower soon and and as blipped before, the seeds are quite pretty.
