Thursday 3 June 2010: Return from Portland
Came up to Portland yesterday for doctor appointments. Today was a follow up after some food sensitivity testing. Since today's appointment was not until 2:00 pm, we drove out to the Historic Columbia River Highway to check out some more waterfalls. My photo today is a view of Latourell Falls.
After returning from the falls we ate a great lunch at The Blossoming Lotus restaurant.
During the ride home this afternoon the rains started again. Was nice to have the break in the weather, but not too happy about more rain.
I'm armed with instructions for doing an elimination diet for eight weeks. I already eat gluten-free, but now I'm suppose to eliminate, sugars, peanuts and dairy. This will be an interesting eight weeks. Oh well, could be worse.
