Wednesday 9 June 2010: looking for fish!
My son and I went to a local state forest today...we were walking some trails and then came upon this little foot bridge. Jack couldn't wait to sit down and check out the stream.
"Are there fishies in here Momma?"
"Are there frogs??"
Jack sat there, hoping to catch a glimpse of something....we never saw anything, although we heard what was probably a frog jumping into the water.
I love our peaceful time together, just exploring nature and the simple things.
