Friday 11 June 2010: HIDEY HOLE

In my pre-Blip days this chap would have escaped my notice.

Today's walk took me to the village dam (I had forgotten we had one) which used to serve the village's textile mill. However, I couldn't take a clear shot of the dam itself as it was totally obscured by foliage. Upon turning for home I noticed the snail, 'snuggled' up, inside the small drainage pipe.
