Panmure Passage

A new-ish sculpture at the newly re-developing docks in Dundee. It celebrates the site where the famous arctic research vessel RSS Discovery was built and launched in 1901.
It's made up from 11 slabs of granite and represents the ships hull.
Viewed looking south, you can see a couple of the tay Road Bridge spans through it.

It's a lovely tacktile thing. You can walk around it and through it, between the slabs.
