Friday 11 June 2010: Hiking on the Oneonta Falls Trail
We slept in this morning, because we had arrived so late to the campground last night. There's something about that trailer, where we can sleep so soundly. Camping is always so relaxing for us.
We drove to Multnomah Falls just so I could get a shot of the falls with little people around it. At the falls I met another photographer. He let me try out his 180mm macro lens! It was amazing. I talked about Blipfoto to him and I think he might check it out. I gave him my card with all my social network and email information. He said he was going to email me so I could check out his photos. I hope he does. Always fun to run into a fellow photographer when out and about.
We hiked the Oneonta Falls Trail which had this huge, beautiful falls called, Triple Falls. This trail yielded wildflowers and a pretty translucent mushroom. It was a blip wonderland.
Please see my back blip from yesterday. I explain about a blipper and her hubby that we are meeting up with tomorrow at a geocaching event.
This photo is Triple Falls. I have many more photos of falls, but no time to go through them tonight.
Looks best in large.
Thanks for stopping by.
