Feast on Southwark Bridge

Who'd have thought it? Close off a busy London bridge and make it into a four-zone feast. Brilliant! There was a VW beach cocktail bar, a gingerbread house with real tiles of gorgeous gingerbread that you could (and we did) eat, lots of standard lamps and comfy chairs to make various living room areas, and a banquet table (pictured).
This was a very small part of the Thames Festival.

F and I also went to see the Terracotta warriors in the British Museum, which are wonderful - so much detail in every statue. It's amazing to come face to face with them.

It's also Open House London this weekend, and we had fun popping into various places and finding out about pockets of London history.
