Monday 14 June 2010: The watcher
108/100: We only moved into this house in December so everything which comes up in the garden is still a surprise and I'm trying (but failing!) to see through a whole season without doing terribly much to it so that I can see what's what and given everything a chance. This little chap, I don't know what it is - looks mildly teasel-ish - but it seems to stand there above its spikey foliage, surveying the garden. It's kinda nice to discover a new garden, but I wish I was more knowledgeable about plants so that I could stop going 'oh, you know... the spiky looking round thing' when I'm trying to describe what's in my garden to other people!
Other than that, today was only mildly Monday-ish, which is a relief! No meetings to speak of. Bit of chatting. Bit of sorting stuff out. Bit of finishing off a presentation for tomorrow. Ermmm... bit tired.
