Tuesday 18 September 2007: Fitness for life
Well, my shoulder is ok and my neck is fine and dandy so today I decided to make use of the free gym membership I get through work to kick-start my 'SuperSlim Me' regime into gear for real. Nothing mad, just some simple unheavy excercises and a bit of aerobic stuff to ease myself in. I'll up the ante over the coming weeks but for now this was enough.
(25 minutes of crosstraining and a 15 minute row left me absobluddylutelyKERNACKERED.)
