Tuesday 22 June 2010: Al forno
Another 13 mile cycle after dinner, making the most of the light and warm nights before they inevitably disappear.
Managed up Arthur's seat without stopping this time, maintaining a speed above 5 mph at all times. Top speed coming back down the other side was 33 mph, but I think my cycle computer's malfunctioning and it was actually more than that.
Bella would like to point out that she has pasta on her tongue.
