Wednesday 23 June 2010: On the road again...
This morning we packed up our campsite and took off for eastern Oregon. We are attending an annual family reunion on hubby's side.
When we arrived at the campground, the temperture outside said 95 degrees! I love warmer weather so I've been looking forward to getting off the coast, away from cool tempertures and fog.
This year we are all camped closer to the Columbia River. We watched a beautiful sunset and unusually calm water conditions tonight. The water was smooth like glass and the reflections were beautiful. In this photo a river cruise boat came into view.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I can't have cake or ice cream because I'm still on the elimination diet. Tomorrow marks the third week, five to go. I'm not too sad though because I really don't need it :)
