Garden Veg IV - Parsnips

The fourth in an occasional series.

These are our slightly Frankenstein looking parsnips. They seem to have acquired quite a few extra fingers, so they look a bit wierd.

But they were very tasty in Delia's curried parsnip and apple soup.
