Towering Favourite

This is my favourite building in Inverness - the city I live in.

This tower is opposite the cities Town House. Check out the pic I LOVE that I took on the same day of the Town House herehere (it was a close call which to choose for this days blipfoto!).

I've always had a thing about towers... I think it's the Nancy Drew books! There was always old castles, buildings, towers and secret passages... Then of course there was the Enid Blyton "Secret" series... "The Secret Island" was the first one, then it was "The Secret of Spiggy Holes" - where a kidnapped boy in a tower, communicated with the three kids across the water! Loved these books...
