Monday night left over Pinot

Prawns ,pasta and lemon olive oil.Not bad .
Prawns from China .Not good.
About 16 years ago I went out in a wee boat on Loch Linnhe with a Liverpudlian named Jimmy to catch Langoustines .Wow now that is a prawn.The creels were bated with smoked salmon trimmings .Any one creel may of had one, none or many .
The thing that sticks in my mind was that this guy had knives all over the place on his boat with in reach ,in case he was caught up in the gear and sent hurtling to the bottom of the dark cold Loch.Or attacked by Pirates!
