Anchor Handling

We completed the make safe campaign of the Ekofisk-West platform this morning and started bringing in the anchors of the Hermod immediate afterwards. The weatherconditions were perfect so it looks as if it is a piece of cake. But beware; anchor handling is in the offshore industry considered as one of the most dangerous activities. Imagine you have to work on this sternroller in wintertime, icecold weather and rough seas. It looks completely different then.
