Monday 12 July 2010: Sale Agreement for House Purchase
One of those moments, where you think, "WHAT WERE WE THINKING?" buying that house, that is going to need a lot of work!
Actually a house that borders our property, mainly for the purposes of moving our boundary fence a few meters away from our house, to give some space around our office building. As a "bonus" we gain a 3 bedroom house which we will have to deal to. Lots of challenges.
Will think about it tomorrow....
