I wonder......?

This blip was taken because it got me thinking -

Why was this red rose lyling in the middle of a very busy road?

Had it fallen out a delivery van?
from an arm full of red roses for a lover?
- surely you would miss a single rose being dropped??
was it thrown back in anger?

strangely I passed it a couple of times over the course of the day, it was still intact and looking fresh........
