Shallow but uplifting

I haven't visited this place for a while now. The view sits outside a private hospital specialising in cosmetic surgery. The staff there are offered a 50% discount on any treatment... so there are plenty of takers. In fact I was told by one of the managers that some of the younger girls start there as a cleaner, have a boob job and then leave (probably to be a modul). Plenty seem to stay on though so it's quite an, er, uplifting place to visit.
