Rubis

This morning's dive was very special! As a special treat for Derek (it's his 50th birthday this week), the dive centre have organised for us to dive a wreck called the Rubis. It's a WW2 sub though it was sunk after the war. It's a bit further out from La Faviere than most of the dive sites we do so we had to prearrange this dive.

The Rubis is down at about 40m and is sitting upright on the sea bed. And it's a stunning dive! It's covered in marine life and I have blipped a moray eel we spotted near the conning tower of the sub.
