We've returned from the house swaps where there were many mediocre and some fabulous breads. Didn't manage any home made (too hot for ovens is my excuse) ... Anyway, this was a pretty delightful way to start the next 2 weeks at home. Kneading the dough - the usual mix of wholemeal, rye & white.
