Beautifully silky, floppy dough today :) And then I forgot to put her in the oven after the second rise. Finally the tweets from the #realbread campaigners reminded me she was waiting patiently for the searing heat to pierce her insides.
Into the oven she went and came out with a perfectly executed crust and a soft and light interior.
Made using standard Doves Farm organic Malthouse flour.
