Thursday 29 July 2010: Hrmmphhh!
That's the sound of body meeting body head on at full force - the sound mums and girlfriends don't like and dads and mates revel in!
OK - so maybe that's an oversimplification but at today's rugby match there were an awful lot of mums cringing when their 'wee boys' were hit in a big tackle and there was an awful lot of cheering from the males for the same event!
Sadly, our boys lost 21-0
And the mums get to nurse the wounds at home tonight and wash the lad's kit ready for their next bruising encounter, whilst the dads replay each move and each hit with their boy, maybe recalling their days on the paddock with them.........
