Raw materials - Scotland's finest

Before we started to make the jam today I took the chance to take some photographs of the wonderful raw materials. Cairnie Fruit farm is definitely worth visiting if you're in Fife.

There is no smell quite as delicious as strawberries which have been gently warming in a polytunnel.....mmmmm!
