Lamington

After a lot of back and forth questions at the bakery counter (Me: "That looks interesting, what is it?" Lady at counter: "It's a Lamington." Me: "Oh right, what IS that exactly?" Lady: "It's a Lamington." Me: "Ok, but what IS a Lamington?" Lady: "Yes, it's a Lamington" Me: "Yes, but I don't know what one of those is. What is it made of?" Lady: "Well, it's a Lamington.") I eventually bought this luminous sponge cake (that's what a Lamington is, by the way) and enjoyed it thoroughly.
