Tuesday 3 August 2010: Silver Fern
This is one of the plants used as a symbol of New Zealand. It is printed on most sports clothing representing the country internationally and is very iconic for Kiwis abroad. I have used the lensbaby to give it a bit of a symbolic, sort of look rather than the precise "photo" of the plant. It is normally pretty green on the top, but is silvery on the underside.
