TRACING FREEDOM

I had the pleasure to meet photographer Tom Hatlestad today and to see his exhibition "Tracing freedom" in cooperation with the Nobel Peace Senter.

He has travelled 4 months from Norway to Bangladesh asking 100 people about their definition of freedom and what it means to them, and taking photos of them.
He watched me take a photo of one of the portraits and the text, and got moved. We talked for a long time about his trip and the impact it made on him.
