Images from the previous generation in a box

Found a box of Kodak Transparencies in a cupboard at my parents.

As you can see from the picture, my parents have kept everything intact. Including the cardboard case they were delivered in with the post mark on it. 22nd September 1969.

There's something really 'tangible' and 'tactile' about that little box of happy memories. I wonder how my kids will feel in 41 years time coming across a 'folder' on an old MacBook with jpegs files in it.

Would it feel the same?
