Monday 2 August 2010: Back to Arisaig
So, back to Arisaig after the long break. This time with Mr N, a chap of some standing in the world of over 50s tennis (well, in Newington anyway) and the leading man in his local bookgroup. He loves books, honestly! He even brought Jonathon Raban's "Coasting" which contained so many passages of terrifying incidents at sea that he could hardly sleep thereafter. Nice one, John.
Oh, and a chap from the local moorings association rowed over to us to ask about squatting on the "vacant" mooring. I was plausible and then added some just so it was clear I recognised his stature. He went away mollified. Honestly, I ask you, having to crawl just to use a vacant mooring.
