Phew! what a scorcher!

Headed out to do some sightseeing with friends over from Nothern Ireland - was wet & gray in the east so headed west following the blue skies (& possibly Skye itself)........

We were well rewarded for our effort, the weather was glorious - so a quick stop at West Highland Dairy for ice cream (vanilla, Skye fudge, Raspberry & white chocolate, blackcurrant & clotted cream all sampled) and some cheese for supper later...

This was the dog at the gate of the dairy - I don't think it was a guard dog; far too interested in fetching a tennis ball, again & again & again & again & again......
