Saturday 14 August 2010: The View
We viewed our house twice.
Once on a gloomy damp January day and the second time on a warm sunny day in May.
We liked the look of the house and sat in the garden for about 15 minutes just soaking up the sun and this view.
It was about lunchtime.
We made an offer there and then.
The Estate Agent took our offer to the vendor and by 17:00 the offer was accepted.
That was 14 years ago.
The view is as good today as ever.
It's a good job they can't be worn out!
