brown-noser

so normally i don't take pictures of dogs.. especially if that dog isn't even mine. however, i've been housesitting/dogsitting for the past week and this morning marked the first time i have ever actually seen a dog take a bone, run, and hide it frantically.
i wonder what it was about the dogs i had growing up.. they never hid bones.
so this is cider. her eyes looked decidedly blue through the lens yet now lack all traces. her parents come back from the carolinas tonight.
i can't say i'm not relieved.
